Befriending

Feeling lonely or isolated?  Would you like to meet with one of our volunteers on a regular basis for a chat?

We have a number of befrienders who would love to meet with you.  We often meet for coffee in a local cafe or coffee shop and can offer friendship, advocacy and support or help you to build up your confidence in basic skills. 

Our befriending scheme is designed to provide additional support, particularly for those who want to make positive changes in their lives. Our volunteers build on relationships with women, arrange the meetings and go in pairs to an agreed location as suggested by you depending on your needs.
